Kenora Mudskipper SwimRun Challenge

Canaqua Sports is excited to be back in Kenora after a 2-year hiatus. This course is considered challenging wilderness terrain with minimal pavement running. Consider a trail shoe and prepare for hills and uneven ground! Each course is at least 25% swimming. With 1.9km of swimming in the 5km race, 2.8km of swimming in the 11km race and 5.6km of swimming in the 20km race!
